Hair loss can affect men, women, and children. Everyone loses hair each day as a normal part of the hair growth cycle, but excessive hair loss requires special attention. Most men experience hair loss for the first time before they turn 35 and 85% of men experience significant thinning of the hair by the age of 50. Therefore, this topic is even more common than you imagined. If you’re balding then end your worries by stopping your hair loss and even regrowing your hair through following ways: 1. When it comes to nutrition, I am a huge advocate of going natural and organic whenever possible. I stay away from processed foods and ones that contain a bunch of added sugar or salt. So unless I know I’m getting into a wild Saturday night, and vodka will be involved, I cringe at the very thought of a Monster or Red Bull type energy drink. Sorry but chemicals, artificial flavors and colors just don’t appeal to me any more, especially when I train at the level and intensity that I do. I preach and practice the paleo diet as much as possible. In fact, I am usually about 95% paleo on my non-cheat days (5-6 days a week). Achieving a high level of fitness can be a daunting task. Whether your goal is to improve your performance in a sport, get sick less often, or improve your physique, no matter what the goal, frustration is a common occurrence. Many people feel they’ve been doing well and practicing good habits to achieve their goals, but are not producing the results they desire. I apologize for the lack of activity in the past few weeks. My own training, as of late, has been that of  intense proportions, as has been life in general. However, I’m here today to add in not only a post… but a VIDEO as well! Sweet! The Crossfit Games is a competition amongst athletes from all over the globe – literally a worldwide competition of fitness. Things kick off with a six week Open Qualifier that runs from mid-March thru late April. Six totally random, wildly varied workouts are announced throughout this time frame, one per week. Each of the 25,000+ athletes from around the world has a week to complete the workout or WOD (workout of the day) and submit their score online. The score must be either validated by an official Crossfit affiliate or submitted via video submission so judges at HQ can review the workout and approve it for validity (range of…

A man on the go, sometimes I have to wake up early and either don’t have time to cook, or am just flat out too tired and lazy to cook. I’m sure you can relate. Nitrate free bacon and organic cage-free eggs are a delicious and paleo friendly breakfast, but between prep, cook and clean-up time, sometimes it’s just not an option on an already-behind-schedule Monday morning. Fact: The snooze button is most frequently used on Monday mornings. Awhile back I wrote up a few Paleo breakfast ideas for y’all. Well here’s another I recently invented through thousands of trials and many tribulations… Okay, I may be exaggerating a bit, but the point is, this is a rockin’ smoothie that is ideal for paleo followers with busy agendas. It’s an absolute firecracker of a breakfast, and an ideal post-workout shake. It’ll boost your mood, energy, as well as health. Introducing: The Primal Green Machine Smoothie. The…
